At the end of the 4h year, all 4h-ers submit the paperwork for all of their projects. Project records, educational events, marketing classes, photos and everything else done during the year gets counted up and organized into a binder.

This binder serves as a record that is used to determine eligibility for various individual and club awards and scholarships.

In order to keep track of Educational Events, Marketing Activities, Leadership Activities, and Club Activities, we created forms that can be used throughout the year.
